Shipping Costs

All purchases are prepared and packed by hand, so it may take up to a week for me to get yours ready to dispatch. I ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with free shipping on all orders over £10!

I currently only have automated shipping available within the UK to due constantly fluctuating shipping costs, customs requirements, and tariffs. However, I'd be more than happy to ship internationally if possible! Get in touch with me directly with estimated order details and I can get you the most accurate current quote.

Returns Policy

Refunds and/or exchanges are accepted within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Custom orders and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Please get in touch via email to start the returns process. Once your return is received and checked, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your item and that your refund/exchange is being processed.

Please send returns to Moth & Magpie, Unit 27, Stirling Enterprise Park, FK7 7RP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Sustainability Statement

Sustainability is important to me, and is something I'm always conscious of and improving on.

When choosing materials, I’ll always go for the most eco-friendly option. For example, I use a coconut soy wax blend, as coconut is a renewable and high yield crop and does not contribute to deforestation (as well as making an excellent quality candle). My business cards are printed on 100% recycled paper. I make deliberate choices when it comes to our suppliers, and always opt to support smaller local companies over corporations. A vast majority of the supplies used are from a family owned business local to my workshop.

All of my packaging is recyclable, including the water-activated packing tape, to produce the minimum amount of waste possible. I also reuse as much packaging as possible - your order will usually be packed with paper reused from supply deliveries.
